"The best overall experience at a medical facility in my entire life. Friendly, professional, welcoming staff. In 90 minutes, my wife and I were in and out. So efficient, not a moment of our time was wasted. I was called in by a nurse immediately after checking in. While my wife was checking in, I was getting my vitals taken. While I was seated in a room, her vitals were being taken. My wife joined me in the room, and the doctor promptly followed. We were thoroughly examined, and given treatment before we were on our way. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor, to other staff, everybody we interacted with exceeded our expectations and left us feeling well taken care of. We literally couldn’t have imagined a better experience."
"Service is always kind and respectful. Usually a quick turn around when we have used it. Staff us always very thoughtful when doing an exam. Would recommend and go back as needed"
"3 separate people asked about my COVID status before I even saw one healthcare provider, even after the first one filled out a questionnaire, took my temp, and made me walk around with paperwork showing I was checked. I signed in on a tablet and waited 30 minutes just to get registered, not even triaged. They sit behind a plexiglass window and your chair is 6 feet from that, so be willing to share your medical problems and social security number with everyone in the waiting area. COVID Carrie the receptionist was obsessed with my COVID status and treated it as COVID, even though I expliained to her my shortness of breath was part of a chronic medical condition I have. She drequested I sanitize my hands, but didn't sanitize hers one time, and was touching her face and handling my IDs and paperwork. I was considering walking out. Their saving grace was the APN who took several factors into considereration and didn't immediately assume my issue was Covid related and help me sort out what I needed to do to get well."
"This week I brought my 3 year olds in to check for croup and an ear infection. The staff was great. The receptionist was friendly and helpful as I was holding a sleeping child through check in, the wait time was short, check in easy and efficient. Suzanne the practitioner was amazing, both thorough and compassionate. The hospital called to check and see how my little one was doing after our appt. I could not have had a more positive experience. I also used this same clinic previously for my sons pink eye last year with the same great results. Great facility to have in our community."
"I went into the clinic today very sick and have been sick for a month with suspected spider bites to be greeted by a rude nurse Laura and PRN Susan who sounded sicker than me and wore no gloves. I showed her my bites and got told "I don't know what those are but they don't look good." My regular doctor could not get me in but requested documents from the IC visit and photos of the bites the doctor said ok. The nurse came back into to discharge me and said "we don't do that" and left the room to take a phone call from her "boyfriend" who she "doesn't know why is calling her because he has her blocked from everytbing" and continued to argue on the phone with him while I sat and waited. BUT she is going to his house tonight at 8 pm so hopefully she has a better night than I do still very sick. I talked to the supervisor and she said I could go to the ER and pay a new $500 co pay there after just paying $75 at the IC. Go to a real hospital with real professionals and stay out of this one if you can help it ."
