"Nice staff"
"Friendly people and fast service thank you"
"I've been going here for over 10 years and never had a bad experience. The staff is highly trained, professional, and friendly. My doctor always takes the time to explain everything and answers all of my questions to my satisfaction. Also, any lab work that is performed is followed up on in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend this clinic based on the level of personal care and attention they have given me over the 10 years."
"I tried to go to this clinic and I was turned down because I’m not a patient, when I asked how I become a patient I was told the doctor was not accepting new patients. Sad considering this is the only clinic outside of Rockford. My S/O went in for a concern and they drew blood. This is really only one of two things that could be wrong, even not being a doctor I can easily match her symptoms up with with one of two causes. The doctor seemed to agree with our intuition, that is until pot was mentioned. All of a sudden the doctor changed tune and tried to say it was Cannabinoid Hypermesis Syndrome, a rare condition caused from habitual cannabis use. She hardly smokes but once or twice a week. Now they just gave her nausea medicine and told her to stop smoking pot and it’ll clear up. Glad to see there’s still a bias towards cannabis. The reason this is unacceptable is because now she has to suffer through the weekend with the doctor assuming it’s just a rare syndrome from the occasional puff she has. Either this is a doctor who isn’t worth his salt or they want to make sure she has to come back so we can spend some more money. She ended up needing to go to the hospital a few days later because no treatment had been started because it was assumed she had super rare condition that the doctor just tried to push because he learned of a fancy new syndrome over the new year. If you want to find out what’s wrong with you before your body heals itself, this isn’t the place to go."
