"Doctor Regalado is good when it comes to basic diagnostics. Once he sees your child repetitive times he begins to guess and eventually quits on your child. He can be rude with his comments as his frustration gets the best of him. Not only is it an inconvenience to always have to take cash to pay him but he makes it obvious when he can’t get a diagnostic correct and can be rude when you ask more questions to try to understand."

"The doctor is amazing, the staff is the worst! Especially the girl in the front desk, I would've loved to stay with the doctor, but I can't with the staff. Was a walk-in at 2pm, wasn't seen until 5:30pm."

And telling me what number I was calling. Obviously I know where I'm calling. Just decided to look for a different pediatrician."
