"My mom had a stroke in January 2019 which only affected her memory so I try to keep track of her appointments for her. A lot of times when she leaves a doctors appointment they reschedule her appointment with her so I don't get the new appointment date and time to add to the calendar. I really rely on the reminder calls to keep up with her appointments. This office evidently don't give reminder calls for appointments but I just received a call from someone saying they charge a $25 fee for missed appointments which is fine but you can't reschedule until you pay the fee which means you can't pay when you get to the appointment. I just feel like they should give reminder call, even if it's an automated call like most offices. This is very inconvenient for this situation."
