"I have been going since I was really little. Really great doctors office but I don’t understand why they take along time. One time I was there for vaccination and there was only one person infront. They took about 30mins- to a hour to take care of the patient and me. Another time we had an appointment at 11:00 in the morning and it was lunch and hour later; we were there until they got back we stayed there for about 1 hour. Great service but bad clinic timing."

"After reading some comments I realize I am not alone. The manager is extremely rude, she has absolutely NO respect or courtesy for the patients. She closed the door in my face in front of the patients waiting in the reception. Maybe Dr Rosario is a good doctor and saw your kids since they were small and kept staff in check when she was there but not anymore not since she stopped being there everyday to supervise. They think they own the place.(They also have “favorites “ the manager asked who the patient was and that’s when she came out to yell at me and closed the door in my face.) Also: *They close for lunch * Refuse to see you no matter how sick your child is ( she told me to go another time) *They do not open the weekends or stay open late *Staff is extremely rude especially Rosario the manger"

"Worse place ever rude workers, long waiting for patients. Also bathrooms always dirty never any paper or soap to wash hands. Old building needs a make over. If the walls are all graffiti imagine how they clean."

"The manager was very aggressive and she couldn't control her anger at the clinic. When I tried calling to talk to Dr.Lopez to address this matter. The receptionist kept on hanging up and putting me on hold. The whole experience was very awful!"
