"SSM taking over has been the worst thing to happen to our community. You no longer can get a same day appointment, you have to book months out just to be cancelled on. I’m supposed to see women’s health every 4 weeks but it’s been 5 now and they cancelled on me so now have to wait longer—I feel they are not taking my health nor my baby’s seriously. They also keep putting me with a different male doctor every time despite me explicitly asking for a female but I’m just taking whoever will see me. I wish I had known how bad the billing department was as I kept paying collections although I was confused since I had already paid the bills. They also missed my dad’s torn meniscus for 5 years and UW found it the first appointment he went to. SSM told him the knee pain was in his head and gave him medicine and shots and never once x ray’d him. Came back to add the staff is SO rude and I’m so nervous when I call. Called at 7:05 this morning as I’ve been told in the past to call at 7 to try to get same day appointments. Since mine was cancelled on me last minute yesterday I’m scrambling to find another appointment that doesn’t completely derail my other plans. I called and when she answered I asked to speak to women’s health, instead of saying they don’t open until 8 she said “you do realize it’s 7 in the morning correct?”"

"Drove a hour and 20 min to take my wife to the ER up there because we like the care we get there. This was Saturday the 23rd. She was treated well by the ER. The ER doctor informed us to call the the clinic Monday morning to make appointment with a gastro Dr. Wife called Monday and it's now Thursday and still haven't heard back from anyone. I use to recommend the place to people but if this is how you treat patients now I will not anymore."

"The billing department is horrible. They have billed me for services paid by my insurance. Calling them is of no use. I had my insurance company call them in June, it's now August and they still have it wrong. I can only imagine how upset and confused they make people who can't navigete the system well. I am wondering how many people have paid bills they even didn't owe."
