"Everything has change since the pandemic started, I would get a reminder call before the day of the appointment to confirm the appointment my kids had the next day…. Now nothing! I called on Tuesday 8/02/22 to do a telemedicine consult for a refill on one of my daughters medication that she is needing they totally forgot to call me. Called again today Wednesday 08/03/22 at 8:30 in the morning to see if they could now do the consult over the phone the receptionist spoke to the doctor and told me they would call me in a bit. NOTHING, called again at 1pm to see what was going on and again the receptionist spoke to the Dr. They told me they were going to call me in a bit. NOTHING, called again at 5pm to make sure they didn’t forgot about me and they told me once again that they would call me in a bit and guess what NOTHING! How many times to I have to call to finally get her medication.?. Totally disappointed with the services they are providing. Now I’m needing to do my research and find another pediatrician that does do their job and don’t forget about patients."

"With times there professionalism has gotten very poor. I've had my son with streptococcus and they FORGET to send his antibiotics not to mention they lie and at times I have waited more than 2.5hrs. Dr.Gimotea is great but ian not sure if her staff dropps the ball or she's under staffed. Really disappointed. Update I received a certified letter to discontinue my son's services! Did not receive a response which is fine! I asked to speak to a manager to know more about policies she was unable yo explain NOTHING. Than she told me she had to discontinue my daughter also! Than said my daughter's grandmother could choose to keep bringing her! She was completely unprofessional. This clinic has went way down hill since my first born was there. Since my son has attended the clinic NOT ONCE did I feel like the "professionalism" was even a bit professional. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES. Hope it gets better for you."

"This office and doctor are no longer accepting new patients or more than one child per family due to having to many patients already. New patients will be accepted until 18 year old graduate high school if that makes sense, patient care seems not a priority here anymore."
