"The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful I just find it super weird that my husband brought our daughter on Sunday to be seen because nobody else was open only to be waiting for hours. They got their at 9:30 and didn’t leaven until noon around 12:30. And they sent them home without a prescription or a diagnosis. After getting her prescription they just never called us to tell us what was wrong with her. Today I just called right now while they were still open to ask what her diagnosis is. Never in my life have I ever left or been sent home without my diagnosis or prescription, do not take your children here. While I do appreciate the help it just seemed all out of order the way normal doctors offices are."

"My child was recently seen here for a cold and then sent for x-rays given antibiotics without a thorough diagnosis as he was negative for all swabs flu, covid, RSV, and even pertussis. I was told that if he did not have his vaccines they might not want him as a patient anymore but was told to send x rays to the office. I later had the x-rays sent back over to Dr. Juan Aguilera‘s office as they requested. I then was told after I went in person to follow up with the x-ray that I was no longer able to be seen there for my son as he did not have his vaccines. As you can see in this letter no where does it explain that having no vaccines means you are unable to be seen as a patient. This is poor care! instead the letter goes around in circles talking about trust and confidence as if I did not trust them. I simply stated I did not want my child to be vaccinated. So if I lied that would be better? You guys really need to get your stuff together it seems this company wants to bill Medicaid for vaccines rather than take all patients on any level of care. I guess if you have private insurance they don’t want you there. This office does not allow the parents make informed decisions on the part of their own children. I do not recommend this place! The PA couldn’t even assess my sons lung sounds. It’s a joke and it took 3 hours to be seen by a less than sure PA Alexis Bosque."

"I tried to give them multiple chances hoping that maybe they just had "off days". But turns out something always goes wrong... Whenever my child needs medication I've had to call the clinic to remind them to send the prescriptions. Then he got labs done and it was admitted that his results got mixed up and they tried diagnosing him with a rare infection. So he had to get tested all over. On top of that, the doctor called me to give me results for ANOTHER PATIENT, and got upset when I corrected her that it wasn't my son. The final straw was that I've been trying to get him into therapy for an entire year but whenever asking for updates they "were just waiting on insurance". It took a YEAR just for them to say I can go pick up the referral and then tell me that the appointment was a long time ago! I was never informed about it. Just find a doctor who actually cares about their patients."

"Very unprofessional staffing, uncoordinated. “Rapid COVID Testing” results were in within 30 mins but spent 2 hrs. To notify me and I called every 20-30min while waiting outside as a concern parent would. I’ve never been one to be disrespectful to any staff working anywhere but I lost my cool and cussed a lot with how they were handling things"
