"I was referred to Dubuque Podiatry for a foot issue, and I ended up seeing Dr. Quagliano, and it was a wonderful experience overall. After doing some imaging the Dr. spent more time than I expected to run down what he saw on the images to me and presenting me with my options. He gave me the pros and cons of each option, and we decided on a plan of action. Their office made all of my hospital appointments for me, and the procedure I feel went very well. Overall they took something I was very worried about and made the whole ordeal very pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend them."

"If i could rate 0 stars i would the doctor didnt even try to see what was wrong with my foot (ive been having pain) just touched it a little and said “i dont know what you have” and sent me out the door with only a referral for physical therapy i was told the dr could do xrays to see what was going on but none of that happend looked like he didnt even want to be there and the recptionist were the same , im never going back here just so they can bill my insurance for doing absolutely nothing….. and being rude about it if i were you i would go somewhere the dr actually cares about you"

"After being injured at work in 2016, I was referred by my primary doctor to Dubuque Podiatry in 2017. The clinic seemed very nice at first and I found it very easy to schedule an appointment. Things took a complicated turn however when it was made clear this is a workers compensation case. I suppose being a workers compensation case, maybe it was a bit complicated for the clinic, but I was eventually told repeatedly both by the doctor, the receptionist, and the billing department that they could not see or treat me until it's certain the bill will be covered by work comp. Despite having provided them the case number and recieved the 'ok' from my case manager, and had painstakingly contacted the case manager in charge of my workers compensation case and acquired a direct phone number to him to provide to the billing department, there were still problems apparently with processing the case number for compensation to the office. Essentially the first two visits were very nice with the doctor saying that the first thing he wanted to do it was have insoles fashioned. He told me that he did not encourage doing anything however until he knew for sure that they would be covered. So it's pretty obvious that there was a communication issue. The remaining visits were a little Bazaar, beginning with seeing the doctor, and the doctor walked out of the room for a nurse to walk in and very politely with a smile asked me to to leave. I don't know, maybe they've dealt with people who can't pay the bill before or something and that's how they treat them? After several visits where I was essentially turned away after a few minutes of seeing the doctor, and many phone calls to the billing department repeatedly giving them the case number to process the bill, I received a bill in the mail to pay for one of the visits. This was perplexing. I called the billing department up and asked them that if they could not use the work compensation number, maybe they could go through my personal insurance, because I also personal insurance? The billing department said they would get back to me about that. After about a week went by, I received a letter in the mail saying I was terminated as a patient, my bill has been reduced to zero and that I should not call them again. I immediately called them up startled, and basically said, look I can just pay the bill. I wanted to go through insurance but if you can't go through insurance I can just pay in cash. What I heard in response from the same billing department lady was a very different, Angry tone. I was told in a very flippant loud and angry tone that I am terminated as a patient and not to call or come back, that they will not accept payment any longer. After trying very hard at length and time very patiently to see reason, and being met with a very unreasonable tone, I told them that people are going to hear about how they run their business. The lady in the billing Department claimed that they were going to put on my medical record that I intend to bad-mouth them. I told her that I didn't intend to bad-mouth them, only the truth. Now I don't think the way she behaved was very appropriate or friendly. Did they really put something negative on my record or was the billing lady just throwing words around? Is it going to affect whether I'm admitted or not to new locations? I don't know. As I tell this story which is true mind you, I'm sure plenty of people will have had good experiences there and so I don't want to detract from the possibility of someone going there and healing. I'm sure in fact to the contrary there are plenty of people who have great things to say about this place. This however is my story and experience. Maybe somebody can relate to my story."
