Reviews
"I was nervous after reading other bad reviews. The doctor and nurses were all professional, friendly, and accommodating. They explained everything thoroughly."
"Dr. Miller is so degrading. Makes you feel like a drug pusher or something. I've been dealing with spondylosis for the last 5-6 years and cannot find any relief. He is so rude and hard to communicate with I had to switch docters."
"Very degradiing. At the end you are treated like a drug user even if you never have. Been through 3 different cancers. And only wanted relief. Was put on muscle relaxer for bone pain neck pain and severe neuropathy. Doesnt help when getting up bending over walking. But it will let u sleep all day"
"I can't understand all the bad reviews. I've been a patient of Dr. Miller's for years. He is direct but imagine all the people he sees just looking for pain pills and not a solution. I've never had a bad experience, I've always been treated with respect and felt like the whole staff cared."
"I was wheelchair bound from a ruptured disk in my lumbar section of my back and in constant pain. I went there with an appointment set up for an exam and medication refill, yet when I was taken to a room, I sat there waiting for 45 minutes. Miller walks in and seemed to avoid me completely then tells his nurse that he was going on to the next patient and to give me a paper on lower back pain. I heard that and said "um excuse me doctor Miller but I'm here for an examination and medication refill." He turned around and tells me that he's "not going to examine me and that I can leave." I'm like what the hell? I started to cry from how he was treating me and told him that I specifically made this appointment to be examined and determine if I should get a medication refill or do a cortisone injection. He told me "well I'm not going to examine you and you can either leave or he'd have the police remove me from the clinic." Omg why was I being treated like this? I refused to leave and even the nurse looked shocked at what he was saying. He told the nurse that I "either leave or she was to call police." I was his patient for over a year and he used to be caring and he knew I had a legitimate spinal problem causing severe pain. Reluctantly the nurse said "yes doctor". They pushed my wheelchair out through the waiting room and to the hall and walked away leaving me there. I ended up in the ER following this nightmare and they quickly saw the damaged nerve from the rupture."
