"I’m only giving this 1 star because it will not let me give a rating any lower. My very first appointment was short, with staff not really telling me what they were doing or how the process went. Then she left, said she needed to “plug the numbers into the computer” and came back with a print out of my sons measurements. They have rescheduled on me 6 times now and all of them being last minute. Very unprofessional and extremely upsetting."
