"My first visit to Banfield was the best veterinarian experience I have ever had. I have no complaints, only good things to say about the staff and Dr. Marquez. I am also hugely relieved that I can just purchase the prescription Hills food and Vetsulin on site. Dealing with my cat’s diabetes has been an ordeal on every level, but now I feel like he is in good hands and all the stress and anxiety I had dealing with the logistics of his care has been resolved. Yay Banfield, yay PetSmart! I only wish I had known about Banfield sooner."

"I'm upset. I have never had any issues until my most recent visit. Just to be clear this isn't the first time I've brought in our oldest pup to this location. Just a lil background my pup is a rescue from a breeder. She was in bad shape and already on the older side when I saved her. We've lived in the Austin, Tx area for almost the entirety of her recooperation and moved to EP last year. She has a heart murmur that has been confirmed multiple times even at this location. Today's visit was different. Apparently no heart murmur was found.. a miracle? No, I think it was just they were more focused on the fact that she hasn't been spayed. Plenty of vets in ATX advised me it may be a 50/50 chance of survival for her getting spayed so I just chose to not risk it. I have 3 other dogs all boys and all neutered, I haven't had a problem. Today's visit was different I felt like I was being accused of being a backyard breeder. Something I despise since we saved her from that, my entire visit paperwork was a literal paragraph of unlicensed breeding, consequences etc. If they would've checked her history they would've known where she is at in health and what decisions we have taken since the beginning of her care with Banfield. Just left me with a bad taste in my mouth especially when I requested to speak with Dr. Goodman to go over her visit n was told she was in a meeting. All this was, was a comprehensive visit that comes with her plan and I get this? I know these type of people exist everywhere but know the profiles you are visiting before giving this entire soap box. Good day."

"This was our first visit to this location. I brought my dog in for a booster shot, because his home vet was booked up. They did seem busy, and the waiting area was small. However, staff members were quick and friendly. The entire visit was less than 20 minutes. It's pretty easy to get an apt at this location too which is nice. I was worried because we've had bad experiences with other banfield's and we try to stick with the one we know is good! However, this experience was a positive one and I would bring my other dogs back for a visit. I recommend the Joe Battle location."

"Banfield pet hospital is great!! All of the employees were super friendly towards my dog and very knowledgeable. We were especially impressed with the veterinarian, Dr. Rojas who after watching our dog for a few seconds was able to diagnose him with distemper. She gave him all the proper care, told us everything we need to know, and helped him and us through everything! He is now a distemper survivor and I am super impressed with banfield hospital! Dr. Rojas is also super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about animals! Exactly what you want for a veterinarian and vet practice!"
