"Am here on a Wednesday, 2:25pm and NO ONE IS TO BE FOUND. This is during open hours after 3 failed customer service calls which I was forced to come in person to a branch. I swear BOA is trying to give me an early death."
"This is not a traditional bank. It has an ATM. No tellers. Apparently it's a "concept" location. Just awful. I hope this isn't the future of banking. Did not feel secure at all. You should be able to see someone face to face when dealing with money matters, deposits or withdrawals. I've been banking with BofA for 33 years and truly changed my perception of them. It was also nice to deal with an actual teller that paid notice to how long I've been a customer. I equate this to self check out at grocery stores. Please do not do this to your banks."
"I'm waiting 25 minutes, nobody come and help, I saw 2 girls staff talking and laughing, I called her, she said: wait, we are busy to talk. Very terrible customers service. I have 4 accounts with them,I will closed with the service like this."
"Great experience and customer service. After reading other reviews I considered not going, but I am glad I did. The location is clean and convenient. I was greeted at the door and introduced to an associate that could assist me. Taylor was very professional and welcoming. She understood the transaction I needed assistance with and clearly covered expectations. Taylor mentioned some of the other services such as loans and investments in a very informative but non pushy way. I was in the door and out completing the transaction in maybe 10 to 15 minutes which I think was perfect. Very happy with the customer service and experience at this location. We will definitely be using this location for future banking needs."
"Due to an issue with my direct deposit, Bank of America had my 1st name spelled out differently from what it was on my driver license and direct deposit did not go through, I had to pick-up my paycheck in person (September 1st) and then visit University Boulvard BoA branch in person to deposit the check. I opened new BoA checking account 3 weeks earlier. My goal was to make a deposit in person since I needed to know when the funds will be available and plan accordingly. When I opened the door to the long hallway the lady came out from the 1st office on the rigth and asked me about the purpose of my visit. I informed her about my issues with direct deposit, that I needed to deposit my paycheck and to confirm when the funds will be available for withdrawals and bill pay. Without asking to see my check, she informed me the funds will be available next day (September 2nd) and the same day (September 1st) to cover bill pay items. She insisted for me to deposit my check at the ATM since it would not make any difference depositing it with the teller. I did as instructed. When I arrived home, I logged into my BoA account only to realize the entire deposited amount is on hold until September 8th. My subsequent call to BoA customer service confirmed that $0.00 would be available before 9:00 am September 8th. I had to scramble to cancel all my payments scheduled before September 8th and reschedule them. It was a nightmare I never had to go through before. If I had known about the hold I would visit the bank that issued my paycheck, cashed it, and than deposit cash in my new BoA account. I am 60 years old, dealt with number of different banks in my life, and this was by far, the worst banking experience of my life."
