"Very impressed by Lovesac and the sactional. We put a lot of thought into investing in a nice couch and we’re very happy. We love entertaining and watching movies and it is so comfy! We also have a pup and are happy we can wash the covers whenever needed. The customer service was stellar along with the showroom support where we ordered. Alex at the Newcity location in Chicago was helpful, personable, and friendly. It felt like talking with a human versus a salesperson. The couch was delivered 2 weeks later without any complications which was so nice since you never know with FedEx and the multiple boxes."

"The products are great some of the staff are pretty useless. Spent close to an hour there trying to get a replacement cover for one cushion. They tried to charge me for a whole couch and were going to ship to another state. When it finally looked like they fixed the order I was still shipped the wrong product… maybe find another store with competent staffing."
