"I went in to cash my rebate check , the lady at the membership counter said she had to confiscate my membership card, that it had expired. I asked for a replacement and she said no, my citi visa was good enough- and she had to tear up my card . (I am a current member) I called corporate to see about getting a replacement card and they said 1) she should have not taken my card and 2) I can only get another one at a Costco warehouse location. I really want a seperate card since I dont always put gas on my citi visa and if I swipe it for ID it will then charge my card, same as my eye care, I use my HSA card not my citi visa card. I was able to go to another costco and get a replacement card from a caring and understanding employee. Not sure what this lady's issue was"

"The lady who helped me select my prescription glasses at the Lake Zurich Costco was excellent. I think her name was Sun. She was thorough and helped me find frames that were light weight, ensuring that I chose frames that would minimize the thickness of my left lens. I was able to buy 2 pairs of glasses for the price I previously paid at my eye doctor for 1 pair. Costco has designer frames at the best prices. I have VSP vision insurance and they provided coverage. Highly recommend"

"Extremely rude receipt checker lady at exit. She let few people leave store without checking their receipts, but stop others. Her behavior was terrible. Almost yelling. Good job. Lost another membership. Keep loosing customers. Oh and Costco expect customers to still do business with them and keep treating customers poorly. These people trully fit the definition of dumbs."
