"If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a terrible vendor. I drove to their facility to pick out colors and fabrics, and paid DOUBLE to have used cubes refinished. They delivered them with the wrong fabric and the wrong paint, then said I had no choice but to take them. When I contested the final payment, they took the credit card numbers I used for the down payment and charged the final amount WITHOUT authorization. When I called to complain, they threatened me with a mechanics lien. This could quite possibly be the most horrific customer service I've experienced in any aspect of business over a 30-year career. Please do yourself a favor and stay far far away from Efrain Moscosa and his company. You've been warned..."
