The furniture they sell is top quality and you will find nothing like it at an IKEA or Amazon. We will be buying all of our furniture from The Amish Furniture Shop from now on."

"Don't believe their timeliness. I made a small purchase of a couple end tables in March of 21. I was told 12 weeks. Here it is a year later still no tables. And ever time I called they would say they'd get back to me and never did. So in the end poor business practices."

"Jeanne helped my husband and I pick out a bedroom set with some customization. We ordered our bedroom set mid July and the set was made and delivered by September 1st. Beautiful color and excellent quality wood.... HOWEVER, the day it was delivered we noticed a large crack across the entire top of the long dresser. We immediately called the store to report the issue, thinking maybe this happened on the truck while it was being delivered. Brett was very understanding and asked us to send pictures. When Brett saw the extent of the damage, he said he would speak to the builder and have him make us a new piece to go on top of the dresser. Several months passed and we never received any word on our replacement piece. After many phone calls to the store, Brett tells us our new piece is in and can be delivered (mind you this is now NOVEMBER). The service person comes out to install the replacement piece and it is A WHOLE ENTIRE FOOT SHORT in length. The service man calls his boss, Brett, to tell him that the piece obviously wont work...and we got nothing more than an "I'm sorry". FIVE MONTHS LATER AND WE STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR REPLACEMENT PIECE. Every time we try to call the store to get an update, they tell us they'll "have to check with Brett, and he'll give us a call sometime during the week..." and NEVER do we get a call back or update. Clearly customer satisfaction is NOT a priority to them...and since they already have our money, I'm sure they could careless. Had this situation been handled differently, I would have better things to say about this store. But the customer service, or LACK THERE OF, has been ATROCIOUS to say the least. I will NEVER refer any of my friends or family to this store, for this sole reason. Its unfortunate that it has come to this, because we originally really liked this store and planned on going back there to get some custom pieces made. Sadly, after this experience, we'll be getting those pieces made elsewhere."
