"If you want absolutely terrible service, awful customer service, botched deliveries and zero ownership or assistance with rectifying the situation then shop here. Our experience was terrible from start to finish, Sandra Spence was the designer who “helped” us and she wasn’t helpful at all. Delivery team caused physical damage to my property and then I was bounced around to a million different customer service agents with no one taking ownership or assisting. Another delivery team delivered broken furniture and left it at my place saying that it was fine. I will never shop here again, I’m enraged I have to even keep and pay for the things after such a terrible experience. I just wanted to go to what I thought was a luxury furniture retailer and buy some furniture and have it delivered. Instead it turned into a whole ordeal requiring multiple deliveries and so many phone calls, emails, texts, etc. and ultimately they did a terrible customer service job after all that. I would not recommend."
