"I called to get information before I visited this location. I asked a very specific question about a money order. The girl told me how much the money order was, but didn’t provide any subsequent information or ask any questions about what I may need. I got to the location and found out that they needed more information. Then I was willing to give. They cancel the transaction because I was not satisfied, and instead of providing customer service, the manager was yelling towards me from the other end, and I told the rep that I was not talking to the manager I was speaking to her and that we needed to finish the transaction. As a result, the rep, then canceled my service, and the manager came barking at me from the other end, after I already said, I did not want to speak to her. Kristina is the managers name, and she lacks customer service as well as is incompetent at her job. After we got into an argument, she then put the paper that had my thumbprint, which was what I wanted back in a cabinet when I asked to see them shred my information. As a business owner, as someone who has several government, IDs, and as someone who has several state licenses, this was poor customer service, and if a customer asks for their personal information or thumbprint to be shredded, they should be able to receive that option. I will never visit this location again, as since they are in a certain type of area, they treat customers a certain kind of way. Do not go here if you’re expecting to be treated as a human."
