"The company changed payment systems and I thought I setup autopay to continue with the new system. It resulted in me paying 6 days late for the first time. I have never dodged a call from Covington. Which most calls were with new offers. This time it was to tell me I missed a payment. I let the guy know I would be 6 days late. I was told that was fine it would be notated but I received atleast 3 more calls from the same person about the same thing. So 4 calls at 6 days late started to feel alittle harassing. On the day I said I was paying online I received a call to ask me to pay by phone. I said I’m keeping the arrangements I made with you and I’m at work right now. I called when time permitted and was told I needed to pay by phone to avoid it reporting to my credit. At 6 days late?! I definitely don’t appreciate the manner in which this has gone."
