"Dr. Dean has seen both my children over the span of a few years. Each time, with each child, he has listened attentively to my concerns as a mom. He is sure to explain his reasoning behind his diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that a non medical professional can understand. He has been timely in getting us seen and on our way while not making us feel rushed which is so important when dealing with crabby kids who don’t want to wait around in a doctors office. I truly trust him to care for either of my kids when they have a health concern and need emergency or urgent care!"

"Great urgent care hours. Had a broken ankle so went there when I woke up the next morning ended up getting charged 2000 dollars for emergency room because 8 am is not urgent care hours because apparently I should have just sat with a broken ankle and no air cast for hours on end until urgent care felt like being urgent care. Close the damn hospital if you guys can't act like a normal hospital. Ridiculous"

"Dr. Brian Dean and nurse Kathy treated me with great care and respect in helping me with my problem. They both listened to my concerns and shared theirs with me. And Brock the CT tech was great!"

"I have always had great care and respect from all staff at Edgerton Hospital UNTIL Friday, I went in for a Mamogram, it was a disaster right from the start, the tech clearly had an issue with me. At 1 point I told her to just tell me what she needs me to do. Stop Jerking me ..the last time she jerked my hand down and thusted it towards my breast to hold it back and I said this is the last image, I'm done! ..I have never been treated like this here, nothing but disrespect,"

"Went for urgent care got billed for emergency visit due to their unusual hours. There was no communication that it would be charged as emergency. $500 dollar strep test, would not recommend. Suggest going to SSM Janesville for urgent care (just 10 minutes down the interstate) They are open 7:00am-8:00pm and they don’t combine there urgent care with emergency services."
