"The staff was very nice and professional. They communicated with my ordering specialist and insurance company to get the MRI approved at this location (specialist was an hour away and MRI at his location was scheduling 3 weeks out.) However, they were not equipped to do my MRI of the foot, and they should have told me this prior to scheduling. They had no equipment to stabilize my leg in the proper position, and I knew that no matter how hard I tried to hold my foot/ankle at a 90 degree position for 40 minutes, that it would be unsuccessful. The MRI tech said I "did a great job at holding still" at the end. However, I received my results today, and the radiologist was unable to properly read my images due to motion. I'm very upset that I'm going to have to get it redone when my gut was telling me at the beginning of the procedure to leave and reschedule elsewhere, and fight with my insurance company to get it approved."

They are very professional and Mr Sam the MRI tech help me with my crutches and eased my experience. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. 10/10 experience"

"Unprofessional, rude and horrible MRI location to visit. I came here to receive an MRI for a reconstruction knee surgery I had 3 months ago. When I had first walked in the staff was having a conversation but seemed irritated on their demeanor when my wife and I walked in. The Hispanic woman at the front desk was horrible. She gave us an attitude, asked us questions in incomplete incompetent sentences and then was upset she’d had to repeat herself. When I was taken to the back and finally placed in the MRI room, I felt rushed. I had a hard time keeping still because of the pain in my knee but I wasn’t given a minute to relax my knee. The tech took shots of my knee and said it was enough pictures. I received a copy of the cd. During my actual doctors visit, the doctor said the images were horrible and I’d have to take another MRI. You couldn’t see anything on the images and determine the issue, it was a poor quality image. My sister in law was sent here for an injury on her shoulder months prior and she received the same treatment, especially from the front desk woman. Horrible facility! Will not come here again."

"I had an MRI here about a year ago and after reviewing my medical records, I wanted to leave this review. I went in for an MRI of my cervical and thoracic spine. At that visit, they were unable to place an IV to administer the contrast, so I had to return. They realized when I returned that they had *forgotten* to do the thoracic scan during my first visit, so my second visit was twice as long as it needed to be. Even then, my provider said the scans were not of high enough quality to be usable. Avoid this clinic."
