Dr. Hector Granados

"My son is 6 had 3 brain surgeries since birthday with other complications and no immune system. This office has dropped him as a client for missing appts for having Covid or strep or flu. They never called for follow ups. Called me an incompetent parent and they would report me and my husband to military because my son isn’t growing or “not showing up “. Told us good look and call your primary to find another dr for my son!"

"I will give Dr. Granados and the staff a - start if available. They dropped my daughters from the facility for missing two appointments because they school would not let her out for state testing, in top of that Dr. Granados stated he was giving all the medication to my daughters until today that I saw the medication history and he never gave the medication to my daughter. He stopped authorizing my daughters medication when my daughters life depends on the meds since she is a cancer patient. Dr. Granados does not know of professionalism and I would request appt for the weekends and they would tell me that they do not open on the weekends and today they said well you should of schedule her appointments on the weekend very unprofessional Dr. Hector Granados and all his staff. Just Stopping the children from the meds knowing they need the meds. Now I have to drive all the way to Albuquerque for the next Endo. Please think twice before going with Granados. He lost all my respects to him as a Doctor."

We are so grateful to Dr Granados and his staff and are lucky to have him as my sons endocrinologist. Most importantly my son is comfortable and happy with Dr Granados! "Dr. Granados is an exceptional doctor and Healthcare provider. He always goes above and beyond to care for our daughter. When she has been hospitalized, he is always present and communicating with providers immediately. Under his care, she has always had normal labs thanks to his knowledge and precise dosing. We are so happy he is our doctor and have had the best outcomes thanks to him. On a plus side his staff and office are also very good and his system allows for clear communication with him and his office. I would 100% recommend for your child's needs."

"Dr. Granados is the ONLY pediatric endocrinologist for miles. That in itself is a huge deal. I appreciate the way his methods and team is set up through the Klara app where EVERY clinic is linked. A much easier way to stay in communication with each other to keep the patient and their families from having to fax or keep a copy of their medical papers everywhere they go. The accessibility to medical questions and concerns is literally a click away and most of the staff is incredibly helpful regarding the children's needs including medical supplies, emotional support, as well as classes offered to parents, to the school nurses, and consistency with medical expectations any parent would have. I will admit the downfall of making the phone call does go unanswered usually, however with the Klara app you could leave the message with which clinic you'd like to receive a call from and they definitely do abide. The front desk individuals are solely for setting up appointments. I don't feel they're utilized for much else so I wouldn't complain about their methods given this understanding. I am truly thankful for the medical professionals in this medical team and all their genuine efforts towards their patients. They are a true blessing in disguise."
