"My mom has been calling for the past two days and no one answers. They answer and leave her on hold for almost 30 minutes. It’s a call regarding medication, something the doctor prescribed. We go to the pharmacy and the wrong medication was prescribed by the doctors? Medication is important, I think that if you’d want your patients to be better, you’d prescribe the right medication for the proper situation. In addition, the customer service isn’t that great, you mean to tell me that being left on hold for 30 minutes is going to satisfy customers? My family and I have been going to this doctors for years now , we’ve been let down so much by the poor customer service that they provide. Not only are they losing clients , they’re also losing services."

"Decided to change my old pediatrician for this new location, so I went two weeks before my children’s appointments to turn in Shot records and do the release form to get all medical records from old pediatrician to the new, as well as provide insurance. All of this to have an easy transition. That same day the front desk lady gave me packets to fill for each child, once again to have a smooth transition.The day of the appointment I walk up to check in as well as turn in those packets, turns out the copies take previously were lost, they never requested for the medical records to be realeased and they did not have my insurance information. At this point I’m a lil frustrated due to me having come weeks before so this didn’t happen and take too long. So, here I am again providing everything. My son needed to get his 6 month shots and they said due to them not having the information he was not going to be able to get them done. Now, I’m angry because I had already done all of this and now they wasted my time. I finally get to go to a room to see the physician I requested because of a recommendation and it turns out a nurse practitioner was the one who saw my children when I specifically had asked for that physician. So needless to say it was pointless visit. Here I am 3 weeks later to finally get my sons shots AGAIN because he was unable to get them last visit. I walk up to the front desk sign in, the front desk lady RUDE and very ignorant says “how are you planning on paying for this” I said “ what do you mean, I have insurance” she replies with “well it’s not on file”. I let her know this is the third time I provide the insurance to them. As she completely ignores my comment she proceeded to ask for my sons shot records. Once again I tell her that has already been provided and she rudely says I’m going to charge you $5 to print them out. I am extremely livid. I sit down and wait to get called, as I do the medical assistant tells me they don’t have the shots to give my son. At this point I let them know to give me the insurance card back and I left. When there is a a job requirement for the current position you hire a person for make sure they know how to do their job! This place lost a patient due to front desk incapacity to do their job. I never saw the doctor I intended to see. This place does not have the technology any other pediatrician does. I do not recommend this place at all!! I can’t speak for the medical providers due to never seeing them."

"WARNING. Do NOT take your children with this Dr. I took my son to the ER and was supposed to be seen by him, but another lady Dr. covered him, long story short, the lady Dr. Prescribed two medications for my son. Once I called my pharmacy they said Dr.Salloum had only authorized one, I tried reaching him which was hard since it was weekend. Keep in mind my Son was VERY sick. I was able to contact him, he answered in a rush and was RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL. Saying he didn’t see my son which obviously I knew, I was calling for him to authorize the medicine, since his name was on the prescription. He told me to next time call my sons Primary Dr. Before taking him somewhere, that way I can make them a favor. Really ?? It’s an EMERGENCY, there’s no time to wait for Primary Drs response. Honestly, I had never experienced this treatment from someone in that position. To this day he never sent the other prescription."

"I transferred my daughter to this practice, they attend to her needs and being that my schedule fluctuates at work, walk-in appointments are great and quick when she’s sick. All staff are friendly and get things done in a timely matter. Dr listens to parents concerns and evaluates thoroughly. I’m extremely happy we found this practice."

"You need to fire your front desk! They are really rude! It blows my mind that they work in an environment where ethics and politeness is paramount yet they act the total opposite! I took my sons allergy paper work to get filled out and they advised me it would be 3-5 business days to be completed. It is now the 9th business day and no courtesy call, no update and no follow up! My son is getting a lot of allergy reactions at school while you guys are just sitting there being rude and wasting peoples time! Do your jobs!!"
