"The only reason I am giving this review is because of the long wait, yesterday I was there for 4 hours for the entire visit. I had to leave because no one went to the room to do the covid test on my son and I asked and they told me they were really busy but my son was feeling bad and became inpatient so I left. I have been in this clinic for 4 years because Dr. Rodríguez is excellent and I trust her a lot, but every time I go I spend the same amount of time, 3 to 4 hours waiting and I do not understand why if the doctor only lasts 10 to 15 minutes to see my son. They have to address this with the staff, they probably understaff and need more help with the amount of patients they receive."

I called around 3 pm to have an appointment scheduled for my daughter who had a 101 fever and was burning to the touch they told me I could come in around 5 my daughter was also throwing up on the way to the clinic I let them know when we got there and we were left in a room till 6 looked around to see if we can ask someone for an estimate time to be seen because my daughter was just a crying mess and nobody was found worst pediatrician I could’ve gave a second chance too"
