"Horrible customer service. Called to make an appointment and they had me on hold for a while. I called back then they would right away put me on hold and hung up on me. Changing to different dr. hope this one shuts down ! I've always had problems with them . Very unorganized"

"This Dr office hasn’t been the same since Dr Casillas retired. The staff in the front is very rude and unprofessional. When you call in to make a appointment they put you on hold 20-30 min at a time and sometimes never come back to the phone. The only reason I keep my children at this office is because I haven’t found another office that offers the covid, rsv, and flu test."

"This office has gone down hill, staff is very unprofessional. They tried to push a $220 nebulizer package on me you can buy for under 30 dollars anywhere else, tried to make me put the cost on my insurance. I don't think it's about helping at this location as it is about what they can bill. They also took it upon themselves to "update" my child's records so it delayed us getting the medicine from the pharmacy. They never once asked me to confirm anything either, and when we asked them why this was done the response was "The paperwork was originally filed this way so, even though we had by now already corrected this issue and have been several times since, they reverted back to that old info". They never once asked nor confirmed anything just changed the record. Meanwhile my child was sick with the flu and strep throat. He had to wait longer for any relief. The whole thing just came off as retaliation for not buying the nebulizer from them and questioning why we needed it to begin with. I'd be careful if considering this place, super shady."

"Only if I could give 0 stars. Staff is very unprofessional ever since the Dr. retired. Called to schedule an appointment and didn’t bother to offer me any appointments instead she said they don’t have appointments available and to take him to another clinic or emergency room. Are you serious? Could of at least gave me an appointment for tomorrow but no, instead take my child to another clinic. Unprofessional. Never had this problem when the Dr. was still there."

"I love this place. I've been taking my kids here since it opened, 2 of them already in college and still taking my 2 girls. They always make us feel welcome. The visits are always fast, even when it's full we spend like an hour in and out. The doctors are very nice specially Dr. Elizabeth Bravo. The nurses and staff are awesome too."
