His office is always able to get us seen in times of need and have always felt very confident in his care. You never wait long, and you always talk directly with the nurse or doctor. My kids are never afraid to go to the doctor, they are comfortable with Dr Reyna and Dr Valenzuela DNP, and for a child that is important! Ricardo takes his time and I feel like he really does thorough assessments. He also always asks if you have any questions and concerns but unlike other pediatricians I’ve seen hes not saying it just to say it, he is genuinely open to taking the time to answer anything. As a bonus he’s very friendly and great with kids and wait times are always reasonable, the front staff are friendly and the place is clean. Highly recommend!"
