"Getting off work with my daughter there is a man outside asking for money, and all I want is a money order and they have to I.D me, and on top I don’t have it with me at the moment! Are you kidding me! this is ridiculous, and they still tell me if I loose it and they get in trouble out loud across each other In front of customers! they are talking like if I’m not an adult! this is very unprofessional, and upsetting, embarrassing never again here! Not even a 1 star a 0!"

"Isamaar is a customer service rep.... So I've been coming to this location for the past 5 years and today this women decides to not only lie and tell me that she couldn't find my account but gets me to sign a form that I've never signed before just to pay my cc bill. When I asked her about it she tells me either I sign it or I don't get to pay my bill. What is usually a 5-10 minute process took 23 minutes and I timed it. Clearly from her face, she has an attitude and I didn't appreciate the fact that she had me jump through hoops when she didn't get anyone else to sign this form. Moving forward I will be documenting every form from this place. The next time I come, if I don't get this I will be reporting this company and Isamaar to the BBB! I see why the turnover rate is so high at this place. People like her will never get ahead that's why she works here. And to top it off I had to wait over an hour! The lines are absolutely too long all the time. People are hanging out in the parking lot. This place has gone down! Horrible experience."
