"Visited this site for a test that would require removing my mask. I was very concerned about being exposed to Covid, especially with health issues that I'm dealing with. Huge shout out to Evelyn, who addressed my concerns with understanding and care. She made completing this test as safe as possible. She was very kind and considerate of my needs. I would highly recommend this location, and if you're especially lucky, you will get to meet an outstanding professional young woman named Evelyn. I will be returning to this location for my Covid screening that is being required prior to a procedure. Thank you ACL and thank you Evelyn for making me feel comfortable!"

"5/12/22 at 1:30 pm I visited acl labs. For blood work I used them for years the last I was handled by a may be nurse in black uniform poked my arms 4 times no success to be polite I suggested I'll try come back another time to avoid her , so the nurse in green uniform came to the rescue and she was able to draw on first try , while the blue so called nurse continued Barkin I believe acl is hiring incompetent people with checking their background i notice the decline in quality on my last three visits. I go to this place only because it's 3 minutes from my home ."

"I went there today, and I didn't have to wait long. Silvia is a really great phlebotomist. My veins like to run and hide. She was able to get a vein right away and I didn't even feel her stick me. It was so quick and painless. She is also very nice and friendly."

"Went there on a Sat, was very crowded so I made a appointment for Mon 10 am July 29. Didn't appreciate the long wait Ms London Williams-Bates made it all worthy! She was very professional & compassionate! I'm just paying it forward. Thanks London."

"Absolutely horrible. Against my better judgement I tried the ACL off 183rd and LaGrange. Years ago I tried ACL and had to wait long time to get my blood drawn. My regular place was unexpectedly closed today and I already fasted so I thought I would give them another try. I'm checking in it said I had a roughly 16 minute weight. There were several people already waiting and I gave it a half hour and only two people went back for their draw. I know they had multiple people working because I saw them. Another lady had a question and was standing at the customer service window for 15 minutes with nobody helping her. I finally gave up and left. ACL will never get my business again. The people working there need to do their job and take care of the customers or they need to just go find other jobs. What a waste of time."
