"The actual facility and staff deserve 5 stars. Everyone was friendly and my CT was easy peasy. The customer service in billing, however, is a whole different story. They are completely incompetent. After being transferred from one department to the next, I was bounced right back to beginning. Once I finally got the “correct” department, they had no idea how to deal with the fact that my claim was submitted (by them) to the wrong insurance. I had to do all the work for them, and even then the rep argued with me about the claim being denied so why resubmit!?!? Ummm….claims that are sent to random insurance companies I am not affiliated with will deny my coverage. The moral of this story is that the billing side of this experience will hurt you more than the procedure itself."

"The MRI scan went well and the technician was very nice and knowledgeable. My issue was with the organization SimonMed. Access to the portal, patient forms and printing forms was very frustrating. I am very computer illiterate, so it’s not my lack of knowledge. In addition, it is very obvious that the communication between your corporate office in Arizona with your offices across the nation needs drastic improvement."

"The front desk staff member and the technician were both very kind. I didn’t have to wait at all and really appreciated that, since I was a little nervous about having an MRI. I really had a great experience and was able to pray and stay in a peaceful frame of mind throughout my scan, partly due to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I pray God’s blessings over the staff at SimonMed."

"Unprofessional Amateurs! Please go somewhere else where they respect and value your time. I showed up for my 10:00 am appointment on time. All the insurance info and order information was provided by phone the day I scheduled. After waiting almost 40 minutes, I was told they needed to resubmit the paperwork to my insurance company. My scheduled slot was given to another patient. I was told to return later that day at 245 pm. I informed the receptionist that I live 45 minutes away, however, that was the only solution they could provide. Bunch of amateurs who can't think outside the box."
