"I've been calling this office for about 2 months trying to speak to the doctor about my insulin mind u I been with this office for about 12 years never have they treated me as horrible as they have these two months I haven't been able to get a call back been with out my medication for two months been leaving messages no ones called called today spoke to someone named Cristal and I explained to her the situation and her response was well u will just have to wait for a call back in like excuse me wait for a call back I been calling and leaving messages for like two months this is so unprofessional this use to be such a great doctors office. At this point I feel like they aren't doing their job and I'ma going to start looking for a lawyer cause this is definitely not professional"

"This is the worst clinic in the area the staff there are rude and very unprofessional. You call they leave you on hold and never come back to the phone. There are no appointments made for anyone and everyone is walking and being attended to according to the staff's liking so if they don’t like you, you will have to wait. Very very sad"

"This has been our Family practitioner for 20 years. They take really good care of us and always have. The nurses are really knowledgeable and kind. The pharmacy is on the premises and they always have what we need and fast. Many specialists. You won't find a better clinic."

"This place is horrible and I mean horrible! The staff is incredibly rude, where they roll their eyes and give you attitude for no reason. They gossip about their patients and go as far as demonstrating their dislike about a certain a patient. Today in the waiting room these people mistreated and discriminated two hispanic women. These women were being discriminated against for not speaking English and were being threatened to get the cops called on them. Which by the way did happen. The cops were no help at all, the Hispanic officer couldn’t even get to speak as well. I don’t know how they can be even considered professionals with this disgusting attitude and service. Bianca Cartagena truly showed her colors as she yelled “ do you have a license” in such a mocking, demeaning tone."
