Kings Crossing Animal Hospital

"We just left this vet office, and we didn't wait to complete our appointment. We decided to try this vet per out old vets recommendation. We made an appointment in the middle of a weekday. We have 3 cats, we made their appointments back to back, and showed up 10 minutes early. When I booked the appointment in January, I was told they would reach out to our old vet office for records. Our vet tech today said they didn't have the records, and she had to spend 20 minutes getting with our old vet office to get them. After she came with the records all squared away, she said the entire exam would take place behind closed doors. I understand this is probably for safety, but don't like the idea of them handling my animals without me being able to observe. She seemed reluctant to do the exam in the room but did give us the option, so thats what we asked for. We waited another 15 minutes before we left. At this point, we had been in the vet office for 50 minutes had not seen the vet, our cats had been in there carriers for over an hour and were stressed, we called it... After I was told exams were normally handled behind closed doors, I didn't feel safe anyway. I'm giving one star because the entire visit upset me."
