"Still waiting on two pieces I ordered 3 weeks ago. The estimated delivery keep being pushed back, even though it shows as being shipped. I finally called today, only to talk to a disinterested customer service rep who didn't help at all. It isn't a coincidence that about two hours after hanging up, an item was updated as "shipped". Absolutely terrible shipping speed and customer service. This is my first and last order from West Elm."

"If I can I would give 0 star , reason is customer service horrible, my advice don't order anything here you might have to wait up to 5 months to get something because someone a made mistakes. Now noone knows who made mistakes, no apology, no quick fix, no anything. I'm still waiting for my piece of furniture. Will never buy anything here again."

"While I love the style of West Elm products, this company is absolutely awful with their shipping. Like many other reviews have said, the shipping is always delayed MONTHS, not weeks, MONTHS.... This happens every single time I order something, not just once. For the price of their furniture, this should not be happening. It's very sad. I have contacted their customer support multiple times and each time they say "oh its on the way, it will be there this week", but nope. never arrives and the date just keeps getting pushed back on my account. It seems like they don't even know what they're doing on their logistics back end. If they know its going to be delayed, thats fine, they just need to be transparent about it up front instead of lying about the delivery date."

"The experience with West Elm has been absolutely Horrible! Upon beginning my purchase for a Harmony Modular sectional I was told while in store that I could NOT PAY WITH MY BANK CARD a debit card. Which has a Visa Logo and with a reputable banking system. I was coerced into signing up for a credit card as well as using several In store gift cards. This is instead of using cash or debit. The Delivery was Horrible as expected from reading several other reviews. I was told my Delivery would be by July of 2023 and it instead came the end of September. The store Manger at the Galleria location was rude and lied about not being able to use bank cards with Credit logos. I requested the return THE DAY IT WAS DELIVERED. IT JUST WASN'T WHAT WE ORDERED! The item was much smaller and the quality of the material of the couch was Cheap! I spent $4700 on this couch. The refund process took an additional Month and I still have NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! They are trying to give me my refund as a store ctedit!!! THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN RIDICULOUS AND I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! SO NO TO THE STORE CREDIT!!!"

"Delivery of furniture came about 3 months after ordering. It came with no legs on any of couches (couches look ridiculous without the legs on so I wish they had been taken back upon delivery until the legs were available) / chairs and a stain on the cushion. Unable to get any help within the first week of delivery. Really sad to see such a large company perform so poorly. No one knows to apologize, actually help or reassure the customer in any way. I spent $5000 and it's as if it doesn't matter at all."
