"I was hit from behind at a red light by a driver who is insured by this company. I have done everything in line from waiting on hold for over an hour to file a claim twice to taking my vehicle to the adjuster Jesse Frausto first thing in the morning as per MY APPOINTMENT only to find out he was not even there so he will be evaluating the damages on my vehicle based on pics taken by a random front desk female who has no answers for anything and provides incorrect information. My husband receives a text @ 5:01 pm stating we are the ones who have to basically chase him around to get information on the claim. I immediately call back to find out he left @ 5pm and won’t be back until Tuesday due to the holiday (it’s Friday) and they have already told me I can NOT get a rental. I would never even consider doing business with this insurance company their service is trash and they give you the run around NOBODY has answers for ANYTHING!"

"I spent 30 minutes on the phone with the most unintelligent unprofessional person just so that I could start a claim for damage that my vehicle suffered at the hands of one of their policy holders. This guy said, um, and uh, and was so lost on the phone. It was unbelievable that he actually worked for this company. Claim 78350896"
