"went to get a quote because online it was lower went in and they said I had a ticket and a comp claim, I advised him that comp claims don't count against consumers and as for the ticket I never received because on my current carrier I have a clear motor vehicle record so he told me the premium double and that I would have to pull my own record which I did and it still came back clean he advised me that he will have to call his underwriters and he will get back to me which he never did so I had to call myself and I spoke to the underwriters and I was advised to talk to lexisnexis to have these taken off my record and that it will take 30 days for it to happen. The person at this office where I went was a man forgot his name, but he will not get my business when this is completed, I will go through the online process, and I did ask the people online not to let him claim the policy since it is not attached to any one agency. I know how this works I own an agency in California, I think in my opinion he was too lazy to do the work he just wanted to write the policy and collect the premiums and not do the work, well if you want the policy you will have to do the work in my opinion I used to hustle and stay committed to that one person and make call backs and do all the work which leads to more business which is why I was able to retire very early."
