"As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Elizabeth and Christina and they were just about the nicest ladies I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Between them inquiring about the company I work for, to them asking how my demo went, they truly cared about me being there and it really showed. I have never had a better experience with a hotel staff before. The room was clean, the rest of the staff was professional and courteous, and the pool was awesome. This is the absolute best hotel to stay in if you’re going to Elmhurst/addison."

"This hotel is clean and located close to everything I needed. Plenty of parking. Dinner was good and Tommy makes a great old fashioned (four stars for him.) I am, however, changing hotels. So, with the work that I do, the most important thing to me is breakfast. Pretty simple. We get up and go, and I specifically selected this hotel as the Bistro was supposed to be ready at six am. It was not. Not once during the week I was there. I was told it was an issue with the timeliness of that employee. No concessions offered which is a bummer because I am sure that the availability of the Bistro is factored into the cost of the rooms. I messaged the staff and received no reply. I messaged corporate and was told that breakfast was available at 6 am. If the Bistro got straight I would stay there again for sure, but am moving on to another place for now."

"On Saturday November 25, my family and I checked into this establishment. We were greeted and provided our rooms for the night. Overall the hotel is pretty nice. The lobby area is very welcoming especially with the cozy fire. Upon entering our rooms i noticed that they had changed the layout from the last time I stayed. It was kind of an inconvenience but nothing major. From the looks of everything our rooms looked pretty clean. Once we all got settled we headed to the pool area. The pool is really big and was enjoyable, however the whirlpool wasn’t as hot as expected so that was a disappointment for us. After enjoying the pool we then decided to go back to our rooms to call it a night. Now here’s where things went left aka WRONG. That morning I woke up to a bed bug crawling on my bed. I was horrified. I immediately called the front desk and i was informed to wait until a staff from housekeeping arrived. They took forever. I immediately packed up my things and approached front desk to show them the footage of what was clearly a bedbug in the bed and nothing was done. I asked for the manager and was told she wasn’t available and to contact her on Monday. Long story short I’ve been told that I will not receive a refund per Carla the manager because there’s no trace of infestation in room 310. So now I’m waiting to hear back from upper management to see what she’s going to say. I know that my family and I will NEVER stay at this hotel EVER AGAIN!"

"This hotel is a great place to host and event or party or even a fun getaway for the family. They were very accommodating for my sisters baby shower and provided a wonderful place to host! The pool is so nice and see often stay here for a night or two because the rates are so reasonable! The staff is wonderful Rodney,Omar, and Mitch are all great! Definitely recommend this hotel!"

"This was one of the better courtyards I've stayed at. The front desk service is very good and you can tell they're hard working as they're always fluffing the pillows on the couches and making sure the lobby was spotless. Most staff I encounter at hotels just stand there for the most part. Rooms are nice, the bed is very comfy. The toilet has the strongest flush of any toilet I've ever encountered. Literally splashed back in my face. Had to stand away when flushing. Nice gym with free weights, cable machine treadmills, elliptical, and cycle machines. Great stay would recommend."
