"DO NOT GO HERE!!!! due to their negligence and inability to read lab results correctly I ended up admitted into the the hospital for a few days. ER Dr. said I should have been sent directly to the hospital to be admitted when I showed her the lab results from Lockport Express. It was a very serious issue and it’s yet to be determined if I have suffered any long term effects to my kidneys & heart. I was at Lockport Express 3 times in 1 week so there was obviously something going on. They failed me and I’m absolutely furious. When a grown adult is sitting there crying and telling you something is very wrong and you feel the worst you have ever felt, you need to dig a little deeper. I’m not a Dr so I depended on them. Finally went to ER and was immediately admitted. ER Dr. wanted to know what physician had treated me so horribly."

"i’ve been coming here for as long as i can remember, with various different illnesses. the staff here is incredible, they’re fast & efficient. the one person that truly sticks out to me is Jamie. she is truly a blessing and has made every experience i’ve ever had comfortable. she is so welcoming, friendly, she goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible and gives the best advice for whatever illness i’m dealing with instead of prescribing me medicine & sending me on my way the way other doctors would. thank you for all that you do Jamie!!"

"Staff was friendly and efficient. Receptionist and PA were kind and compassionate and I would go there again. Appointment was about 30 minutes long, no wait, and I had my diagnosis, prescription, and a note for work. Easy to get to location right off 355. Nice clean new building."

The staff sees a lot of folks that are not feeling well and I’ve seen them be incredibly compassionate towards patients that were not being patient of you know what I mean.
