"We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was great and the place was immaculately clean. We had only two issues with the place. 1. the water needs to be a bit hotter for the shower, but we understand that might be to save energy. 2. The EV charger was only for Tesla's and should be noted on the website because we ended up bringing our car (Chevy Bolt) to charge and were unable to charge. This really messed us up as we had to spend time and money to charge elsewhere. Please label that on the website and let staff know or better yet, get a charger that serves the J1772 crowd (most other manufacturers)."

"Seriously the front staff service was PHENOMENAL! I am terrible with names, but I believe I worked with a gentlemen named Devon. He was kind and very helpful! I was having not a great day, and my interaction with him really turned my entire day around! I am in hotels almost every night, and I have never encountered a hotel with such amazing customer service! On top of this, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. My only gripe was that I wish my room had a microwave and the printer was not super user friendly, but otherwise it was a good stay! I will honestly probably go out of my way to stay at this hotel again. Thanks Devon!"

"The front staff attendant Brittany was phenomenal. I had issues with Expedia canceling my reservation without notification and she went above and beyond to let me feel supported and to get me a reservation as we were from out of town and were already at the location. This start to our trip was stressful but manageable due to Brittany's kindness and help. 10/10 service-- she needs to get a raise."

"The staff was amazing!!! I stay in a lot of hotels, and these people that work here at this hotel at the Hampton Inn Chicago Orland Park were absolutely the best! So nice, helpful, personable, friendly, professional, and we had some great conversations with just about everyone there. This hotel has really hit the jackpot with these employees. I’m from Michigan (Fox Motors out of Grand Rapids) and we were there for a hockey showcase this past weekend. The hotel is new, and very nice, so everything is updated. Rooms were very nice, and breakfast was great. I used the workout facility with my friends, and there were plenty of treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals for us to go at the same time. Two great restaurants out front, pretty much right in the same parking lot as the hotel, and a FABULOUS movie theater (Marcus?) really close by, as well (had leather reclining seats and even a bar/lounge in there). This hotel was very close to Arctic Ice Arena, which was awesome, plus a lot of additional dinner options not too far away. It was in a nice, safe area. It looked like they had a great pool, as well. I would highly recommend this place, A+"

"I stayed at the Orland Park location for exactly 23 nights due to a work assignment I had in the Chicago area. From the moment I arrived, I received nothing but top tier customer service from Devon. And it didn't stop there. I continued to have great interactions not only with Devon, but with Brittany, the room service staff, and the lady in charge of breakfast (Sorry I never got her name). The day I checked out of the hotel there was a minor discrepancy with the charges on the room. I gave them a call and both Brittany and Devon went out of their way to correct the mistake. I cannot recommend the Hampton Inn Orland Park location enough. It's not easy living out of a hotel room for almost a month. But when you have staff like Devon and Brittany willing to go above and beyond for guests, it makes that stay a little bit easier. This review is my thanks to these wonderful people."
