"my family of 4 checked in this hotel (Thursday February 15th 2024 and checked out on Sunday February 18th 2024) and we had a nice time. The lobby itself was gorgeous and the staff were so professional and very nice to us. overall, with our experience, we rate it 5 STARS! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES!"

"This is the WORST hotel I’ve been too do not waste your money here. The pool looks like it was never cleaned very foggy smells like skin flakes no chlorine in the water. The towels don’t even smell clean they’re rough because they just dry them after you use them no detergent smell. The hotel staff LIVES HERE all Indian relatives living in the same rooms you book in cooking in their rooms all you smell is spices down the hallways. It is a very sketchy uncomfortable place. At night the bell hopper sleeps in the living room. Unprofessional. I don’t know how the health inspector hasn’t kicked their families out felt like a refugee SHELTER than a hotel. They never give your deposit back. The breakfast was bland and very basic. The outside looks creepy and the other guests who live there give sketchy vibes. The staff is always lazy talking to themselves because their family runs the place and live there. Feels like an Indiana AIR BNB. If you don’t like the slum dog millionaire don’t come here. I’m surprised it’s Not shut down."

"Worst experience ever. Paid three hundred dollars for the room and several thousand dollars replacing my photography equipment that was ruined when water started pouring through our ceiling. Front desk offered me $10 off my stay and gave me a fake number for the manager. Aside from this there was blood on the walls and floor, fecal matter on the wall behind the toilet, holes in the walls and ceiling, and there were no smoke alarms in the rooms. If that isn't enough to deter you from this horrible hotel, none of the exterior doors lock, anyone can just walk right in. Would not recommend this hotel to a prison escapee. You would be more comfortable sleeping in your car."

"Okay so this is an update to my previous review below. Came back 1 month later. Got the jacuzzi suite, this time room was on the opposite side. NO carpet! No chlorine smell as it was away from the pool area, peaceful & quiet. Yaaaaay!!! Much better date night experience! Tile in room & more updated , the refrigerator worked & the gentleman who assisted me with checking in was so gracious and understanding & delivered EXCEPTIONAL customer service! THANKS SIR! ------------------------------------------------------------------ Refrigerator did not work. Room right across from pool so you could smell the chlorine and hear the constant noise from within. Room was clean, bathroom tub & walls are outdated & look old need updating. You're not allowed to bring breakfast to your room. Wish the rooms were not carpeted as they became very stuffy in the jacuzzi suite. It was an overall good experience though. There for a date night & we both would go back"

"Was welcoming however I felt anxious about the no smoking policy in the room. My daughter and myself watched three seperate instances of forced check out due to smoking. While we weren't trying to smoke in our room we were nervous that we might bring smoke scent on our clothes so we stayed outside for a couple more minutes just to air out! Other than that we enjoyed the hotel. We were very comfortable in our room. Staff was friendly and personable. Inviting and helpful. Encourage a stay here. Had a pleasant time. Also very quiet and loud sounds are prohibited."
