"Front desk lady, Dina I think, was beyond awesome and friendly! Rooms were clean and pretty spacious. Missed breakfast so can't comment on that.. only downside was the fact that there was no microwave in the room and no bathtub... being 6 months pregnant I was really looking forward to soaking in a deep hotel bath, just to be disappointed with a stand up shower..but that's my problem, not yours lol would overall recommend"

"We have stayed here a few times - the service and the breakfasts are always wonderful, everyone is so pleasant. The property itself probably needs a little TLC, as there were some pulls in the carpet in the hallways, etc - but overall, it was clean and pleasant. Great neighborhood and great accessibility - I will ALWAYS pay the slight extra amount to stay either here or at the Hyatt House next door when I visit the college."

"First class hotel and staff ... stayed there for 2 nights before Christmas. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and well organized and laid out, outside of bathroom sink being located outside the shower/toilet area and no with door blocking from bed, et. Small issue, otherwise 10/10!"

"Was here for the week. Staff were all very friendly, especially Dina at front desk and Gaby from housekeeping. Big spacious room with a King bed and couch. Only critiques would be that the rear doors would sometime not allow entry with room key (but works on room itself) and that the shower pressure could be better."
