Comfort Inn Morris I-80

"I'm staying here today 1/25/24. I stayed in room 128. The hotel needs work . Looks very old on the inside. The worst part was I felt something crawling on me while I was laying down. I pulled the sheets off me and saw what I believe are bed bugs. This really irritates me. Fortunately I didn't bring many things with me and the few things I brought I'm tossing out. I'm not taking any of these little bugs home with me. I killed three of them and I took pictures . I'm going to show the people at the front desk. Becareful if you Stat here and don't go in room 128.."

"Awful. The beds were dirty. They were doing construction and it was the worst hotel stays of my life. My two year old was w me and fiance. None of us slept the heater in our room was loud and broken. This place smelled and was filthy."

"My husband and I stayed a couple of nights. The hotel smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in. Later we discovered that the lady at the front desk was smoking right outside the front door. The odor was less noticeable later in the evening when another clerk was at the front desk. Our room was very clean but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We stayed in a king suite so that we would have a little more room, but the bathroom was very small. There was only one sink and only room for one person in the restroom at a time, not what I would expect when paying for a suite. The blow dryer was on the wall next to the toilet and not really accessible. Breakfast was just okay. Nothing warm except waffles made in the waffle maker and breakfast sandwiches that could be warmed up in microwave. Next time we will just pay extra for a better hotel."

"2 stars because the staff is excellent, however, I stayed here 9 days in two different rooms. The door broke on the first room and the shower had mold. The second room absolutely reeked like mildew feet. They do come with a microwave and mini fridge so it was helpful but the state of the rooms are poor. My child enjoyed the breakfast"

"It turns out the extra price you pay to get a clean bed bug free room is $40. I could have gone down the street and paid less but this place I trusted to be clean. The continental breakfast was pretty good too. The staff were charming, friendly, and perfectly professional."
