"If I could give this place a zero, I would. Take the time to research other options and avoid these town homes if you can. We leased here for a year and followed all of the lease terms, paid rent timely, cleaned regularly, and followed all move out protocol. Suffice it to say, that was not enough. Prior to moving in, the unit was occupied by other renters. When we moved in, none of the carpet had been replaced (they had pets), there were marks on the wall from regular wear and tear and so on. It was clearly lived in, as is typical with a rental. Only after moving out, did we receive a massive bill. This bill included thousands of dollars due back including our full security deposit, full carpet replacement (our pets were fully potty trained and legally noted on the lease), over 20 hours billed for cleaning after we already deep cleaned, and charges to clean the vents which were already noted in our lease and included in our initial pet deposit. Our final walk through was cancelled by the property manager and not rescheduled. It is now almost 3 years later and this company is still relentlessly attempting to collect a debt that they believe is owed to them. Following this massive move out bill, I requested documentation of the previous renters move out inspection to assure the property managers that the alleged damage was done prior to our move in. This request was denied and no further communication was received from this company. It is also worth noting, that the prior renters were personal friends of the management company, so it is fair to understand why one may not want to hand their friends a large bill when you can pawn it off onto the next renters. Again - I would not rent here if you have the choice to do so. I would not take the time to write a review if I didn't believe that this was a case fueled by pure greed and a concise effort to manipulate the renters rights. I hope that this can help other families to make mindful choices about where they choose to rent and the companies they choose to do business with."
"Randall Crossings were there when we needed them. We sold our home over Christmas in 2020 and could not find a house soon enough as buyers wanted an early close date. The location is unbeatable and most of all, the management agent, Jennifer Slown, was always available and very professional. To go from a four bed 2.5 bath home to a three bed 2.5 townhome was not easy, but the unit was clean, modern and reliable appliances helped. Noise level was never a problem. If you need a rental, you owe it to yourself to examine Randall Crossings."
"Large, spacious townhouses with so much storage. The two bedroom has walk-in closets in both bedrooms, large linen closets in both bathrooms and under stair storage. Plenty of cabinet space and granite countertops! Plus the units are BRAND NEW! Units are well insulated, we never hear our neighbors with kids. Neighbors are all so nice and the complex is pet friendly. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The property managers at the office, Jennifer and Scott are awesome! We couldn’t ask for a better place to live!"
