The Ridge Hotel

"Where do I begin? This hotel deserves a 20 star rating! I've been in some of the most expensive and lavish hotels in the country and I can unequivocally say, I've never experienced the level of service and attentiveness from a hotel staff that I experienced here. This is neither hyperbole or paid advertisement, these folks really know how to treat a guest! Jessy, Anna, and Ann were beyond wonderful and really made our stay special for our anniversary. I unfortunately can't remember the male staff member's name, but he was absolutely wonderful as well. This place is clean, modern, very well designed and the hotel restaurant (Crafted Italia) is top notch to say the least. The indoor pool and spa area could be more robust, but frankly, the level of service more than makes up for that. I have already booked our stay for the 4th of July weekend. Whenever we're in town, this will be where we stay, no questions asked."

"I came here the week after Christmas for a night with my 2 kids. Our rooms were fine, very clean, nice bedding. The restaurant Crafted Italia was very nice as well. The pool and hot tub were our main draw for coming. Unfortunately they were both very very dirty. Disgusting honestly. When we arrived at the pool our first afternoon I was shocked. The pool deck had puddles of brown sludge with lots of hair everywhere. Hair balls in all drains. The floor was slimy and very unclean. The pool itself may have been clean enough, but there was a hairball at the deep end that was as big as my forearm. It completely ruined the experience for us. The hot tub was also visibly disgusting. The flap for the filter was BROWN, not white as you could it was originally. Everywhere you looked there was brown grime and hair. So disappointing. We won't be returning."

"This was a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous and willing to bend over backwards to please us. The restaurants on the property and close around it were wonderful. It is about a ten minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel for any reason. There is an outside bubble you can book for cold nights and a fire to sit by. There are rooms as well as suites and it is dog friendly. I simply cannot say enough good things about our stay here. I should say there is no free breakfast if that is important to you but it was not a big deal for my family since there are many restaurants in the area. If you are looking for a Lake Geneva getaway, look here first."

"We stayed for our anniversary and Anna at the front desk was so welcoming, she even sent up a bottle of wine for us! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we got a complimentary breakfast! We'll definitely stay here again... hopefully we can come back over the summer!"

"We stayed and also got married at The Ridge. Jennifer S was our event manager and WOW, SHE IS THE BEST! I think we may have made a new friend because she just really got to know us and made sure the day was what we wanted. Coordination between all vendors, our bridal party and guests was on point. The venue was beautiful, food and service was also amazing. We enjoyed the hotel space, pool and other amenities. I would recommend hosting a wedding here and if possible, request Jennifer! Wish we could do it all again!"
