Their care and compassion throughout Buddy’s life was outstanding, even finding a treatment for one of Buddy’ ailments when a different vet said he couldn’t be treated. And when that dreaded time came for Buddy to depart this world the entire team at NCVH were there for him and us. Thank you."

They take their time to thoroughly explain any procedure your pet is having and when you are picking up your dog, the same thoroughness for after care. "I took my grand fur baby to North Carrollton Vet because he had not been feeling well. We suspected that he had sprang one of he front legs because he was nursing it, by holding it up and trying not to use it. Every time we picked him up he yelped like we were hurting him. He’s never been sick so we were hurting for him. So I took him in and the staff was so welcoming and truly helpful. Actually, just being with them hi perked up a bit. Fortunately, nothing was broken but they gave him a few meds to help him through the sprang. He was all better in a week or so. I’m so glad we got to visit NCV. Just knowing they’re warm and friendly staff is there when we need them is comforting. They truly care."
