"Arrived here prior to 5pm but was turned away saying that they cannot do a blood draw before closing despite me being the only one there. Doesn’t make sense. It takes less than 5 minutes. Adjust your hours if you’re closing early. Just seemed like they didn’t want to go out of their way to do their job. Won’t be returning."
"The phlebotomists that work there are some of the most lazy and rude people I've ever met. They purposefully work slow. EVEN with an appointment is always 30 to 45 min. I was told that they are a busy place so if I wanted quicker service to go somewhere else. Yep. Best advice ever. Haha. I did!!"
"This location has gotten worse each time. The lady that drew my blood was rude the entire time for no reason. She was rough and was moving the needle around a lot. She needs to go back and train. This is my bruise after a few days. It was worse before: this is the last straw. Get rid of the rude, unprofessional and incompetent staff. Hire some better phlebotomists"
"This LabCorp location is very disorganized and inefficient. I had an appointment through my employer for a wellness check which was made the month prior. A week before the appointment, I get a reminder email listing the expectations of the health screening and blood work. The day of arrival I check in and use the QR code. The lab tech calls my name (20 minutes) later than my appointment only to tell me they don't have a work order and they don't know what a "health screening" means that is prepaid by my employer. This might have been a blessing as the staff members appear to be hating life and don't want to be there. I saw a LabCorp member have an attitude with an older woman who was struggling to work the self check in kiosk. They truly lack patience and compassion. I am thankful they did not touch me to take assessment measurements or draw any blood for a wellness screening. If I could I would give 0 stars, however, it is not an option on the scale."
"These ladies hustle here and do a thorough job. Quick and easy if you have an appointment. Only those who are raging about this place probably weren’t responsible and did not make an appointment. This place deserves way better than the 2.5 it’s currently rated. Thank you for an easy stick!"
