"They are in the middle of a remodel so you must excuse their construction and progress. The new rooms are such an amazing vibe with all new layouts. The staff have went over the top to ensure my two week stay is comfortable and convenient while I’m away from home. Breakfast and dinner along with three drinks is provided for free."

"Do yourself a favor and call the hotel to confirm construction is done. The noise is AWFUL. The rates were not any cheaper, no one verbally told us at check in about the construction, and the front desk staff was not sympathetic about it at all. The only reason for booking a hotel was to get rest before heading back out of town. We were woken up by hammer drills, saws, materials being dropped on the floor directly above our room. The front desk said they could give me a $10 refund or move me to a different room. This was at 9am for 11am check out. We did not take advantage of breakfast due to the loud noise all over the building. We left early to get breakfast somewhere. At check out, the manager said it should have all been explained in our welcome bag- which we never received. He gave him one as he was leaving. It included a printed note, a $10 coupon for the next visit, and EARPLUGS!"

"I had to come to Fenton to see a medical specialist, and wanted a comfortable place to stay. My boyfriend was with me, and he is in a wheelchair so we had to ask for an accessible room. Our room was absolutely wonderful! The bathroom was large and the roll in shower easy for both of us to use. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable and we slept well the entire time we were there. The food was amazing at breakfast and dinner/happy hour. I have a lot of food allergies and when I asked about that the person I was directed to took the time to double check what was going to be served so I could make informed decisions. I have to admit that it was all very nice, even for being frozen or from a box. There was a large dining area as well so we could pick our spot to eat. I ended up fixing a plate and taking it to our room most of the time, and the kitchen staff were so lovely to give me a tray to help. They all really went above and beyond. The front desk staff were very friendly and I noticed that with one exception, every single staff member I came across had something pleasant to say. It was refreshing, to say the least! If I find myself up that direction again I will stay here, for sure!"

"Really nice hotel. Right off Insterstate 44. Staff is great. I was able to get my queen bed instead of my original king. Dinner was good despite being low, but they filled it quickly. I will definitely stay here again. Be aware there is a 50 dollar pet fee for your dog. Pretty good breakfast as well."

"I've recently stayed at this hotel twice in the last month and each time has been nothing short of great. Every single staff member we encountered was so friendly from the maintenance man fixing the handrail in the elevator, to the lady serving drinks, to the guys serving food and cleaning tables at breakfast. Everyone greeted us with a smile and seemed genuinely happy to be doing their jobs. Even the housekeepers. It did seem to be the same core people every stay so whatever this location is doing is a good model of what a hard working and satisfied crew looks like. Hope this finds a higher up and they get the credit they deserve. Good job guys! We'll be back."
