"If cleanliness is next to Godliness, this hotel would be the devil. Unless you plan on testing your immune system here, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Judging by the photos and exterior of hotel I was deceived. I thought this Mainstay would be spiffy clean, but boy was I wrong. Once I went inside the room and look closely at the bed I saw nasty stains on top of the comforter. At that exact moment, I knew I was in for it. I then pulled the comforter back and seen disgusting hairs on the bed sheets. This was a red flag and clear indication that they did not change nor clean the comforter and bed sheets properly. What's more, there was visible hairs on the bathroom sink. I brought this to the hotel staff's attention, but they were dismissive to my complaint. These nincompoops had horrible customers service skills. They refused to give me a new room so I demanded a refund. In which the management denied that as well. To all future guests who have a zero tolerance for dirty hotel rooms like this one, I urge you to spend the extra money to find a cleaner hotel. If you don't have high expectations for cleanliness disregard this review. Nonetheless, for all others, you've been warned."
"We've stayed at this location twice and it's a good spot. We enjoyed our stay. We prefer a first floor room due to us having five children in our family. Two of them are twins who happen to be just two years old these days. So out of respect, we like to be on the first floor. The room was spacious for us. The kitchen was on-point. We never use the dishwasher but it's good that it is available. The refrigerator is a full size one and not the college or mini fridge. The microwave is good. Cabinets help to store food because when we travel, we buy small groceries to help cut down the cost of fast food. The parking lot was safe. The location was okay. The room was clean. I had to go to the front desk for sheets... pullout sofa bed. Overall, I like this location and will more than likely stay again."
"Nice and clean room. Was perfect for 4 adults in one double queen bed suite. Would come back BUT they don't have an airport shuttle."
"The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. When I complained the owner called me a liar. Food, food trash, some previous person's Qtip! A disturbing white glop of some sort. The shower had a black hand print and soap stuck to the wall. I asked the front desk to have it cleaned but all they did was make the beds. When I told the front desk that it still wasn't clean, I was called a liar and that as far as he knew the mess wasn't there when we got there. He didn't address that he claimed it was cleaned again and yet all the mess was still there. They clearly don't even vacuum. Filthy rooms and the owner calls people liars when they ask for cleaning. Huh I wonder why this place is such trash."
"This place was fine enough for sleeping for a night but I would not book this place for a longer stay. The lobby and outside appeared well maintained. As a convention goer, the kitchen in the room would be an amazing perk. However, checking in was a whole other story. The parking lot was FULL and we couldn't figure out if there was a lot for overflow. We pulled up to the front doors to check in and to ask about parking. Before we had a chance to get out of the car, a spot opened up nearby that we pulled into instead. We had made our reservation online but when we arrived there was NO STAFF at the desk. We did not realize the person who had left, opening up the parking spot, was actually the front desk person. It was just around midnight so the automatic doors were locked unless you had a guest key or hit the buzzer. There being no staff, there was no one to answer the buzzer so we were locked out along with a food delivery guy. A guest was nice enough to let us in and there upon we found a note at the desk stating an emergency and that they would be back. The number listed was called and we were given an estimate of about 15-20 minutes. In the interim we had pizza delivered to the lobby. Still no staff. We finished off the pizza. Still no staff. The number was called again but this time there was no answer. During all this, we had walked into a dispute between hotel guests in which, again, NO STAFF was available to mediate or resolve and we had to be the ones to let visitors, like the delivery persons, into the hotel. It was past 1am by the time we got into our room to sleep. I truly hope the emergency was resolved successfully. What I don't understand about all this is the lack of backup for someone leaving their post for an emergency or the lack of a chain of command that could have provided that backup."
