"I thought our stay went well. Until days later when I saw a second charge for over $200 on my account. I called and spoke with a lady who told me that the room smelled of cigarette smoke and that they had to professionally clean the room. My husband and I do not smoke… I had to call back next day to speak with management. I did this and they’re saying it was a strong marijuana smell, not cigarettes. My husband and I do not smoke marijuana either. When we arrived to floor after check in the whole place smelled of marijuana very strongly, though the room was not too bad. I even asked if there was a chance they confused our room with another…They are not reversing the charge to “professionally clean the room” because they were not able to use the room for other people for 4 days. THIS IS A LIE! I will not stand down this is just not ok."

"This hotel is EVERYTHING! First off, the staff is second to NONE. they are so friendly, patient and just genuinely kind. You don’t find service like that anymore. Secondly, the breakfast was fresh made to order and free! The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable and the rooftop bar is a vibe. I was doing dry January and the bartender Dom, went out of the way to accommodate me and make me a dry January flight. They had good music and yummy food. Seriously can’t rave about this place enough."

They have helped us in every way possible through this very difficult time. Shapree Shepard at the front desk has had the best customer service and compassion for us. She has been so supportive and made sure our stay here was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. 5 stars and some !"
