"I stayed for several nights in September 2023 while doing genealogy in the area. The motel was ideally situated near the courthouse, library and museums. Right in the heart of town, so convenient for retaurants and groceries. The room was well-furnished and the bed was comfortable. It was great for a home base while I visited sites in the area. The owner/manager was welcoming and accommodating for my needs. I will definitely stay here next time I am in the area."
