"Perfect location in this town , provided easy access to nearby amenities, not right in the middle of downtown, so plenty of parking and much less traffic and noise , friendly staff , comfortable rooms , great water pressure."

"Floors had large gaps between floor boards, holes near the base of several walls, the continental breakfast that they “have” is off a cart filled with nutragrain bars. Behind the sink is a giant hole, bathrooms small as no other. And finally managment LIES. Checked several times that I was going to be issued a refund if I left the night before my check out, was told yes I would, was told management confirmed I would, I showered and then left (maybe stayed another hour after confirming I would get a night refunded). Was told wait 7-10 business days (15 days ago) called today and was told “employees make mistakes” and I informed the Management that I was told management had confirmed my refund, he said “I’m the one who confirmed it but you technically stayed your whole time” “I said I don’t care I was told that management confirmed my refund so I expect this to be made right or I won’t stay there anymore” management said “sounds good to me”"

"Despite some shortcomings, there were a few positive aspects to my stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate requests. However, improvements in cleanliness and facilities would greatly enhance the overall experience. Door wouldn't lock and kept coming open so I was worried about my children. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"My personal experience was fantastic. The staff was on top of every need. If you're looking for a cheaper place to stay I highly recommend this place. Michael and his wife were there and helped my children and I with everything we needed and then some. Very down to earth people. It's old school in the sense that they leave you alone unless you request service which I personally like. I've stayed in many high end places and never received the professionalism that I experienced there. Very kind folks."
